1993-1995: California State University, Long Beach-Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Single Subject Teaching Credential.
1996: Claremont High School, student teaching
1997-2002: Taught English at Rancho Buena Vista High School
2002-2009: Taught English and AVID at Murrieta Valley High School. Coordinated the AVID program for four years.
2009: Taught 8th Grade Language Arts at Dorothy McElhinney Middle School.
2010- Earned my Master's degree in Integrated Teaching Through the Arts through Lesley University.
2010- Joined the staff at Murrieta Mesa High School teaching English.
